The weak spot
“Accelerate growth” names an ambition. It does not connect the spending to a milestone or explain the assumptions behind the plan.
A more useful next draft
State the proposed milestone, time horizon, and assumptions. Connect each spending category to the work required to reach it. Use actual operating data, and distinguish targets from achieved results.
